Thank you for choosing Luxxie Hair. Please read the following policy before final checkout. By shopping with Luxxie Hair, you agree to all store policies listed below. Our business hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time).
Processing Times
Ready to Ship Wigs
All Ready-to-Ship wigs are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Local pick-up is available with cash payments only.
Preorder Wigs
Virgin Wigs: 10-15 business days. Please plan ahead for timely delivery. Feel free to reach out if you're under a time constraint—I will be happy to assist.
Uncustomized HD Wigs
These wigs require 12 business days to process and ship. If you need expedited service, please contact us directly.
Shipping Policy
Luxxie Hair ships within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. All packages will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as Luxxie Hair will not be held responsible for inaccurate addresses, missing, or stolen packages.
Shipping Fees
All shipments include insurance in case of a misplaced or stolen package. While we hope this never happens, if it does, please file a claim directly with the carrier for compensation. Luxxie Hair does not have control over the delivery process and cannot be held liable.
Non-US Customers
All international packages are fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Luxxie Hair does not charge these fees and is not responsible for covering them. Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes before receiving their package.
Once your order is processed, shipping may take 1–4 business days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns
Returns are permitted within 48 hours of receiving your order only if there is an issue. The unit must be unworn, the lace intact, the style unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. We do not accept exchanges.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed to avoid processing delays or confusion. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted once your order is fulfilled and shipped.
